Bamboomoves is a joyous and welcoming place for students of all levels to nurture and train their body, mind, and spirit through a variety of program. We offer over 40 classes a week in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga, dance, and martial arts, and our special programs include Kids yoga, Prenatal yoga, Parent & Child Yoga, Capoeira, Reiki and Energy Healing and more.
